Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations .
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply if 24 hour notice is not given. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event we do not receive the required notification for adjustments and cancellations, you will be charged for the missed appointment. Thank you for understanding this situation.

Notifications given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service(s) amount
No Show-for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service(s) amount
We understand that some things happen outside of your control that can make you late to your appointment. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, if you are running more than 5 minutes late, we made need to offer you a shorter service or reschedule your appointment in order to accommodate all of our guests with the full experience. Please let us know as soon as possible that you are running late so we can best accommodate everyone. If we have to reschedule your appointment, you will be responsible for 50% of the value of the original service(s).
All gift cards issued under our new/previous ownership are to be redeemed 6 months after the purchase date.It is the responsibility of the gift card holder to track the expiration date and utilize the gift card within the designated time frame. There will be no extensions or refunds on any expired gift cards. You may not exchange any of our gift cards for cash value. After the expiration date, the gift card will no longer be valid for redemption or use.Any remaining balance on an expired gift certificate will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.Revive Spa and Salt Cave reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at its discretion, with prior notice provided to customers.
We at Revive Spa and Salt Cave strive to provide a peaceful and relaxing experience for all of our clients. While we understand the desire to share the spa experience with friends and family, we will kindly start enforcing a no guest policy for our clients. Unless the client is a minor an adult must be present.
Additionally, we would like to remind our clients and guests to maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere during their visit to respect the peaceful environment we have created for all of our clients. We reserve the right to ask any disruptive guests to leave in order to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our other clients. No refund Policy
Our staff will do our best to offer appropriate customer service to every client. We cannot give full refunds as it is extremely unfair for our therapists who had put in hard work and time to complete the treatment.
